Comfort Food (for thought)

There is something incredibly soothing about knowing that someone you love is close by.
Even if you hardly get to see them.

I mean, we're all so damn busy.  Thank God for text messaging. 
Half the time I'm reading emails on the subway, and responding to them on the bus headed to the gym!
(I draw the line when I get there tho, nothing keeps me from my workout)

But when a loved one moves far away...man. 
It's as tho you can FEEL the distance.  Modern technology helps of course, the world is definitely smaller than it used to be.  Perhaps it's just me and my abandonment issues.
Or maybe I'm just human.

Pick up the phone.
Meet in person.
Don't forget to say I love you.
