And so this is Christmas...

Well. It's here. The Holidays.

Look I have nothing deep or profound to say.

I know VERY few people having a blissful and lovely time in their lives right now...if you are one of the lucky ones, than God bless you, you give us hope.
We rely on you to encourage those of us who are bracing themselves for a painful Christmas, a lonely New Year, while hanging on to any shred of gratitude we've got.

My friend at church has 2 sick parents to contend with. 
For my best friends, it's their first Christmas without their father.

I won't get even get into my own heartache.

All I know is what J said to me earlier, "You don't know how strong you are until you're pushed to the limit."
How true it is.

Still. 
There is music everywhere, and people are singing...I caught myself singing along with Nat King Cole this very morning, and I wasn't alone.
We are NEVER truly alone.

If you don't have family, you have friends.
If you don't have friends you have angels.
May they guide you and show you the light, and give you a reason to smile.

The good news is, there's plenty of chocolate : )

And in our world of plenty
we can spread a smile of joy
